Please Note: This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. :) Welcome to Namastay! This divine beachfront home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There are two luxurious outdoor areas. You can sunbathe and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the front deck, which has large comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella. The back porch is screened-in with an amazing ocean view and a private walkway to the beach. There is plenty of furniture for lounging and dining, as well as a natural gas grill. Two hammocks, a picnic table, and a corn hole set under the house provide a place for shaded dining and relaxation, along with a private, fully enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. During turtle season, there are no outdoor lights permitted on the beachside of the property after dark. The interior of Namastay is just as comfortable and well-furnished as the al fresco areas. The bedrooms and the common areas all have ceiling fans and central air conditioning. Two bedrooms are oceanfront, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. They both have sliding doors that lead directly to the beachside screened in porch. The two Jack and Jill bathrooms connect to the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full-sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom includes cabinets with plenty of space for storing clothing and personal items, as well as hooks, hangers and full-length mirrors on the backs of most of the bedroom doors. This cottage style home does not have traditional closets for storage. All bedrooms have smart televisions for watching your favorite movies and TV shows using your personal accounts (Hulu, Netflix, etc.). The bathrooms include hair dryers, large walk-in showers with seats, and they are fully tiled. There is a large living room with a comfortable couch that seats 10 people! Additionally, it houses a 75-inch smart television with cable. The rest of the home boasts an open floor plan including a second living room that is oceanfront and leads out to the screened-in porch, a dining room with plenty of seating, and a small fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect arrangement for relaxing and entertaining. There are two outdoor showers, a private one under the house with both hot and cold water, as well as one on the boardwalk leading to the beach. Namastay has modern conveniences and luxurious touches to ensure you have a great vacation. These include free high-speed internet, a washer/dryer (hidden behind a sliding door in the fourth bedroom), microwave, dishwasher, smart TVs, cable, hairdryers, a shower and seating on the boardwalk walkway to the beach, and unique furnishings and artwork that are both comfortable and stylish. There are beach towels for 10 people, mini bottles of shampoos and conditioners, and basic pantry staples such as ground coffee and filters, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, and spices. Namastay has a Nespresso Vertuo machine with coffee pods, an Instant Pot, a toaster oven/air fryer, plush towel sets and robes, comfortable bed linens, and plenty of throws and blankets that are freshly washed/sanitized between guests. The home's double driveways can hold up to 6 vehicles. You can charge your electric vehicle with a 240v electrical outlet located underneath the house. Please bring your own charging cable/ adapter. Namastay is nestled in a very peaceful area between the washout (surfing spot) and the Folly Beach lighthouse, three miles from the busy, unique downtown area that has plenty of local restaurants and entertainment. You can also conveniently rent golf carts, jet skis, bicycles, surfboards, paddleboards, and additional beach equipment. It is only a 25-minute drive to world-class dining, boutiques, museums, history tours, and an aquarium in Downtown Charleston. The owners of this lovely beachfront home use it frequently, and the furniture and decorative items are personal and designed to be pleasing and comfortable. The reality, however, was quite disappointing. While the location and Folly beach itself were fantastic there were several problems that impacted our stay. Our main issues were with maintenance issues and the lack of timeliness in having them addressed. We rented this place for our annual two week family beach vacation. The entire first week without a working dryer. MOR sent a maintenance man out to check it and he was unable to fix the problem-water in the dryer and in the front control panel. The owner a day later contacted their own appliance repair man and two days later he arrived and was able to fix as he told us he’s repaired it several times in the last few years. It’s a known issue and told us the owner is aware -due to the location of the washer/dryer in a tight space and told us we needed to run the dryer daily in order to keep it from happening. We were told there was laundry service available but the owner was only offering to pay for one load. One. A house full of people including a toddler and a 10 mo old Wed the first week we also let MOR maintenance know that the only light in the kitchen was out. The following week on Tuesday he came back with lightbulbs that did not fit. Said the owner would order new ones.When we left on Saturday the light was still out.We washed dishes in the evening using a headlamp.a large picture ##### Juls H. This house was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The check in / check out process was efficient and organized, the kitchen was well equipped, the house was very clean and there were very thoughtful touches throughout the house. The AC worked well as did the grill. There isn’t anything negative we can say about this house. We will definitely stay at Namastay again! ##### Alexandra G. Perfect for two couples with kids. One of the most well-appointed properties I’ve ever rented - plenty of towels, robes, soaps, cleaning products, coffee, spices, etc. Perfect layout, comfy beds, good-sized bathrooms/showers, amazing screened-in porch facing the ocean, and fabulous beach: Truly a delightful property. There were plenty of towels and linens, though it was tight for 10 people as there are no closets to put luggage.
