Everything about this condo was so lovely. I love that we can bring the dog. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and the best water pressure in the shower. Kitchen is updated and good cooking tools for basic stuff. Location is PERFECT. Close enough to the beach and The Sanctuary. The furnishings and attention to detail felt welcoming and the house was very clean. The beach is a short walk away, which the kids appreciated. The host was also very responsive to questions. The high-end finishes were spectacular. I particularly loved the lighted magnifying mirror medicine cabinets in the bathroom. The location was terrific. We even saw alligators in the neighborhood. My wife wanted to share that the house cleaners that clean the unit need to check above headboards in bedrooms. Dust had accumulated. She is a neat freak since she has allergies. Feb 18, 2025 #### Great Stay My wife and I spent two weeks in this unit in February as a "work-cation." It was much more space than we required, but we needed a dog-friendly place so had limited options. Overall, this property was very clean and well maintained. The upgraded appliances in the kitchen (BOSCH) were nice and it had all of the pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen gadgets, etc. that one would need. The only bed we used was the one in the master bedroom, which was comfortable. Bathrooms were in good condition (2 sinks in the master), with notably good water pressure in the master shower. Internet (Xfinity) was solid all week. The only wear I noticed is that the beds sit over rugs. The rugs are a bit worn because I'm sure every dog visitor sleeps on them, right next to their owner. But this is fairly trivial and frankly somewhat expected for a pet friendly property. We had no maintenance issues so didn't have to call for assistance. If you've never been to Kiawah, the beach is great (\~8 min walk from the property). The resort community is nice and very well maintained. The only downside is that, at least in the off season, there's always a leaf blower running (they use pine needed for mulch which they blow off the walks and streets) or a truck delivering new appliances or a house getting new siding or a palm tree being trimmed or a power washer cleaning a bridge or a golf green being mowed. It's a minor issue and it shows that they take care of the houses and surroundings. Fun to watch the 2 gators that inhabit the pond you pass on the way to the beach! ##### Grant R. Loved having three full bathrooms- no one fighting over the shower! Loved being able to walk to the beach and to night heron park. As always, we love Kiawah for how bike and pedestrian friendly it is. A huge play that we were able to bring our dogs!
