« Upon arrival to the Charleston place , we were greeted by our names by everyone and friendly and informative information ! It was my husband’s birthday, so what a nice surprise for him ! Our whole stay was , great ! From the service to to rooms ! Comfortable and accommodating! Great location and the lounge -bar , I loved ! Warm and cozy and inviting ! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. We found a piece of metal wire in our burger from the restaurant. Besides that, the food was pretty good but not very impressive. In the morning, a small coffee area was available between the elevator and the lobby desk area. There were...

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...
