Loved how big the room was in the suite we had the beds were comfy and the sofa had a pull out bed as well. Staff was excellent especially when my son w special needs acted out.

Paper thin walls. Out dated fixtures and finishes. Botched repairs to plumbing and drywall. Beds are stiff as board. Spend a little extra money and stay across the street at the sleep inn and suites. Been in town for 2 months for work. Extremely glad I made the switch to the sleep inn.

Standard Super 8. Very plain, bare bones. Chair in the room looked nice, but was so uncomfortable--very cheap with no cushion support. But the Super 8 standard was maintained with good friendly service, efficient check in and cleanliness throughout

The property was located within walking distance of the Charles City High School and Elks Club, the centers of activity for our 50th reunion. I only had a bicycle and legs for getting around town - so proximity was imoportant.

Pretty adequate for the price, very nice to have the fridge & Micro. Bed mattress was rather hard. Worker staff was staff was very good. Safe and secure motel. Included breakfast good, some motel guests are messy there.

Just what we needed. Heater fan a little loud but they all seem to be that way at this level of hotel. I hate styrofoam too. But good bed, quiet, clean, friendly, everything else was good.

Business Trip for roommate/Leisure trip for me
My roommate had to meet up with a coworker in Charles City around 9 a.m. I went and looked at some attractions in the city. Then went to lunch. I then called the Hotel to see if I was able to check in early and I was able to. It sure helped because I had done everything I had wanted to do in the area and wasn't sure how I was going to spend my remaining time while waiting to check in. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.
