"Traveling with 2 dogs is very difficult to find accommodations. The fully fenced, secure yard is wonderful. The house is clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Arcelia was very responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much for your hospitality."
"The area is just outside of the community of Lake Chapala and was a very quiet, well-kept and friendly neighbourhood.
We had difficulty finding the property but the host’s contact was quick to help - don’t hesitate to reach out. The bed and furniture is comfy, the Fenix suite is tastefully decorated. Highly recommend."

"We spend most of our time up on the mirador or in the fountain garden below. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. There is a built in water filter/purifier with a separate faucet for drinkable water at the kitchen sink so you don't have to worry about buying drinking water.
The mirador on the roof is great with a screened in room and some sun lounges. There is even a bar area with a sink. The view of the mountains to the north and the lake to the south was very nice.
We really...

"Our first time in Ajijic and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay. We had a wonderful time staying at Alex's inviting casita; it's comfortable and well-maintained. Alex was helpful starting from our initial contact. The location within Ajijic works out very well in that it's in a quieter part of town yet close to the Malecon and easily walkable to anywhere else. The gated neighborhood is a big plus. The grounds are a beautiful, a literal botanical garden professionally maintained...
"This place is centrally located and within walking distances to most banks eating establishments shopping places Malecon you name it, the place was very nice and clean but the ONLY reason I rated it 4 on cleanliness is that my Sister found a couple of bugs in her bedroom floor alive probably came from outside so maybe owner could fumigate? Not sure if that would solve the issue since bugs are an everyday occurrence in Mexico, only downside is the owner handed me only 1 key and at the time I...
"The villa and views are gorgeous. This is basically three large bedrooms with a sitting area. The outdoor kitchen didn't have plates or silverware so you couldn't really make food to eat there.
The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the restaurants and cafe nearby.
There are a lot of dogs on the property. At least 5 big ones and a few small dogs too. We liked them but sometimes it was overwhelming.
Also the sink water was sometimes brown.
The hosts were quick to respond and very organized."
