Gourmet kitchen with oversized quartz island, high-end appliances and amenities, and workspace. Perfectly suited for business professionals and families visiting the DC area, or local residents wanting to try a luxury living experience. Centrally located in Fairfax County, minutes to Dulles International Airport (7 miles) and Washington D.C. (24 miles). This is a split level townhome condominium, and only the top 2 levels are offered in this rental as pictured, representing 2,200 square feet of modern living space. Guests have a private entrance at the top of the steps leading to their living space, which feature the main living areas, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 and a half bathrooms. The owner occupies the bottom level. The second level has a completely open layout, furnished throughout, including the full-size luxury kitchen with a large center quartz island, new energy efficient appliances and coffee station. Work from home at the business workstation including a monitor, printer and lockable filing cabinet. Entertain and watch television while comfortably lounging on the down feather Restoration Hardware Kensington Sofa, or enjoy quiet time on the small outdoor balcony. On the third level, sleep easy in the overstuffed king-size Tuft and Needle mattress in the master bedroom, exercise on the Concept 2 rower, and enjoy a private master bathroom with a walk-in glass enclosed shower and double vanities. Also featuring 2 additional bedrooms with queen-size beds (3 bedrooms total), a full bathroom in the hallway, and a laundry room with onsite washer, dryer, and hypoallergenic detergent. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $500. \- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. This condo made the perfect home base for everything we had to do! The space was ample, the kitchen was great, the bedrooms were spacious enough for our needs (kids each got their own room and husband & I shared the primary suite), and the amenities overall were stellar. The check-in/check-out process was super easy; the owner even has a very helpful website with all of the instructions and house rules!, and was very communicative whenever we had a question. Our only complaint would be that there's no landing at the entry door, and it swings out into the hallway, so it made it kind of awkward to enter/exit the property as there is no stair rail on those last 3 steps; though it isn't a big enough deal that it would stop us from booking this condo again during future visits. Overall we are very happy with our decision to stay here and look forward to returning soon! ##### Jennifer H. I noticed this was a complaint in years past from other guests and is still a problem. We had 5 women staying there and being chintzy with the towels was a big negative for us. We flew in to town so we are not in a position to bring our own towels. Otherwise, great place to stay. Clean! Close to amenities, Dulles Airport and Reston Town Center. Things to note....a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly or injured, the main level is actually the second level and the bedrooms are on the third level. It was fine for us but my mom did not love it. Box fans were provided which is a huge win for us since our family sleeps with box fans at home:) ##### Nancy D. Very convenient are for us, near Dulles, Silver Line Metro station and many dining options. Beds were very comfortable and communications with owner were excellent. Everything was perfect. The place was clean, it was a nice neighborhood with no noise. And the host was great at laying everything out and communicating during the process. The location is in a nice neighborhood with access to shopping and dining. While the physical plant is great, the carpets are in need of a good cleaning, and the cooking pots and pans are in need of replacement. The photo on the website shows a supply of paper products for the kitchen and bath, but for us the shelves were empty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Keith B. Lots of social space, gorgeous kitchen, and the rooms were spacious. It was a short cab ride to the metro and really easy to navigate the subway. I would definitely go back. ##### Allison P. Central location to everything. House itself is great. Could use more towels as a family of 5 I had to wash towels every day so we had some for the next day as there was only 6 towels provided. We only cooked one night and discovered there are no large dishes to put the food in like pasta or salad. Other than that it was clean and just as described.
