We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. "Property was not matching as per expectations and like other tree of life property. There was no refrigerator in room even after multiple requests that too for mountain side expensive room. Old tv, no toiletries on room cleaning, breakfast was not upto the mark even we didn't have a breakfast coz of sime tiff with staff members. Hospitality needs to be improved and property needs some real upgrades."

"We’ve just spent three wonderful nights in the hills above Rishikesh at Moshams, and it was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Delhi and Haridwar. The hosts and staff were exceptional, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We came as guests and left as friends—a truly special experience that we’ll always remember. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and spotlessly clean. Both of our rooms had stunning views over the surrounding countryside and down to Rishikesh below. Ours had a little plunge pool on the balcony and this then opened out onto the patio area around the main pool area. Just one of the many clever design features. The food was excellent, freshly prepared each day by the on-site chef. We’re now in the noise and chaos of Rishikesh, a beautiful town, but it highlights how peaceful and tranquil it felt sitting high up in the hills looking down on where we are tonight. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
