Staff were great and carried our bags up to our room. Note no lift. Room was good with comfortable bed and good ac unit. We slept well and area seems very quiet. The staff seened perexed when i asked if i ciuld get some (instant) coffee without sugar already added. In the end i went out and bought a small jar of instant coffee and a bottle of milk. There was breakfast always available and it was small, but not expensuve. No fruit which was surprising from a region famous fir its fruits. Coffe shop and restaurant only irregularly open which was inconvenient searching for breafast many mornings. Hotel could do with a new coat of paint, workstation was small. Changed sheets and towels everyday even if you ssked them not to. Limited English but front desk team were super kind, helpful & very professional. They arranged day trips and taxis for us at fair prices & we’re always punctual. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and cleaned well. It also had great storage. This was the second time we've stayed at Kasemsarn, and I would stay a third time. It has everything you need for a nice stay - hot shower, comfy bed, lovely staff, and a place to have breakfast. The down side is the rather small bathroom and wifi that I had to keep logging into.
