The Residence, a maisonette of modern industrial design, was constructed in 2024 and is intended to offer our guests high quality accommodation. Located at a quiet part of the city and equipped with high-end appliances and cable TV, gives you the chance of a satisfying and pleasant stay-in time. The exquisite backyard with a jacuzzi is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening, while the picturesque Venetian Port and the famous Lighthouse are only a breath away.
