Set across three levels and spanning 280 m², Madre Tierra Boutique Villa 2 is the perfect choice for guests seeking spacious interiors, privacy, and a touch of sophistication. With four main bedrooms—three of them ensuite—and an additional guest room in the lower-level suite with its own bathroom, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.  
  
On the first floor, you’ll find two airy bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, designed with style and comfort in mind. The attic-level suite provides a quiet, light-filled retreat with a double bed and private bathroom. The ground floor hosts a twin bedroom with easy access to a separate bathroom—ideal for those who prefer fewer stairs. A fifth bedroom is located in the basement playroom, along with a private bathroom and full laundry area including washer and dryer.
