Nestled between the charm of the Cretan countryside and the vibrant coast, this stylish home offers complete privacy, a spacious outdoor setting, and modern amenities—making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay near the city.  
  
MV Living | Retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance simplicity with modern comfort. Renovated in 2025, it features a clean and contemporary interior with warm finishes, cozy furnishings, and everything you need for a restful stay. The home includes one serene bedroom, a bright and airy living room, a full kitchen, and a sleek, modern bathroom. Natural light fills every room, while the open layout connects effortlessly to the expansive outdoor spaces.  
  
Indoor Features  
The bedroom is comfortably appointed with a queen-sized bed and fresh linens, offering a restful space to unwind at the end of the day. The living room includes a plush sofa, smart TV, and sliding doors that open out to the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and a dining area for two. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, a washing machine, and high-quality toiletries.  
  
Cooling & Heating are handled with new air conditioning units, and guests enjoy both solar and electric hot water options for year-round comfort.
