« Cet hôtel, bien situé à Séoul dans un quartier certes non touristique mais avec de très nombreux restaurants et magasin, est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La chambre fait un peu vieillotte au premier abord avec sa moquette mais, à l'usage s'avère très agréable. Elle est bien équipée avec un petit frigo. La literie est bonne, les bruits extérieurs bien filtrés (j'avais eu une mauvaise expérience au Lotte City Hotel de Myeongdong). Le service est excellent, en particulier pour le nettoyage....

"Très grand chambre nous étions 3 dont nous avons pris une chambre avec 3 lits. Lit très confortable, chambre est propre. L’hôtel est proche de tout, métro, des restaurants autours à quelques pas de l’hôtel. Très pratique service lavage(laundry), et service de entreposage de bagages, nous avons laissé nos gros valises à l’hôtel pour un séjour à Busan de 3 jours. Le seul bémol que je n’ai pas aimé c’est leur déjeuner, très ordinaire, un déjeuner à 24,000W (26$ CAD) pour 2 œufs, 1 tranche de bacon, deux mini saucisses, 4 petit tranches de patates rôtis, 1 asperge, 3 tomates cerise, 1 tranche de pain, 1 croissant, et 1 petite, danoise à ce prix vous êtes mieux sortir de l’hôtel et aller manger au restaurant alentours bien sure que l’avantage du resto à l’hôtel ça commence à 06:30 car les restaurants n’ouvre pas avant 10:00 am, mais il y a un 7Eleven, dont à ce prix vous pouvez avoir plus chez 7Eleven. Sinon, l’hôtel est très bien "

"Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. Lit pas très confortable. Il a fallu que j'achète deux bonnets de bains pour que les filles puissent nager. La salle de sport est bien. La piscine est bien. Le parking gratuit."
