Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a cabin, and a bathroom (with shower).  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
