It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub). The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed \- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed \- A sleeping area with a single bed \- A bathroom with bathtub \- A shower room with shower and toilet \- A separate toilet Outside: \- A 20 m² terrace, facing north, to enjoy sunny days \- A ski locker The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: In winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, dog sledding, zip lines, tobogganing, cinema, In summer: hiking, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, road biking, cross-country biking, downhill biking, mountain biking, water-skiing and wakeboarding, paddleboarding, horse riding club, deval karting, etc. The ski slopes are less than 200 m from the accommodation. The ski lifts are scheduled to open from December 12 to April 6. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
