Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). The apartment is composed as follows: \- A 28 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, a dining area, a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... \- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two) (90x190) \- Bathroom with bathtub \- Separate WC Exterior : \- A large, south-facing balcony (10m²) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
