### Apartment 'Dream Holidays' with Mountain View, Indoor Pool, at the Foot of the Slopes

Located in Chamrousse, this exceptional modern apartment of 170 m² can accommodate 10 to 12 people, and up to 14 with additional beds. It offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and 2 bathrooms. You will enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, private Wi-Fi, a TV in the living room and two more in the bedrooms, as well as a private barbecue. The apartment has step-free access and an interior without stairs for optimal comfort, with breathtaking views.  
  
  
  
The private, uncovered 70 m² terrace allows you to admire the scenery. Relax in the private heated indoor pool (7x4 meters), surrounded by large bay windows with magnificent views. The apartment offers direct access to the slopes, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. Shared facilities include a tennis court (in summer, right in front of the chalet) and a ski storage room.  
  
  
  
Parking spaces are available in front of the chalet, as well as two private, closed garage spaces. Free shuttle transportation is accessible. Please note that excessively noisy events are not allowed on the property.  
  
  
  
The apartment is ideally located 100 meters from the ski lifts and shops, with the ice rink right in front of the chalet. Whether you enjoy skiing, hiking, or relaxing, this location is perfect. In summer, you can enjoy hikes and various activities in beautiful landscapes, while in winter you benefit from excellent ski slopes. A spa is available for an extra fee to enhance your stay after your days on the slopes.
