"This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!"

"This is a beautiful location with the best beds ever & very hot showers! Things that they said were there were, however, it was unusable. We were asked to PAY to heat the jacuzzi & pool (which I have never heard of an cold jacuzzi). Purchase propane in order to use the grill. The pool table was a wreck. The sticks were bowed and cracked. The bumpers were cracked & broken up. The material on the table itself had small rips... I called to make the owners aware of this & they sent someone right...

"Our family truly enjoyed this stay. The home is well appointed and every detail thought out. The house is large enough where everyone had personal space - but somehow felt very intimate at the same time. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and cleaned throughout our stay. We had family flying in from four states and this home was the easiest part of the logistics. I cannot say enough about Steve & Sandy! They were so thoughtful, kind and communicative. The directions and instructions were clear...

"I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open...

"Beautiful home in perfect area. House was adequately equipped with all amenities and provided a great base location for our Florida holiday. Good communication with property manager, all issues were dealt with as fast as to be expected. Pool area was our favourite, provided perfect setting for our family to relax and play. "The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks),...

"Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away.
