You will have exclusive access to the entire townhome. This is a vacation rental. We live a few hours away but are available by phone. Seven Springs Resort Mountain Villas Condominiums. Located on the Seven Springs Golf course, we have easy access to golf, the resort via a short (<10 minute) shuttle ride and local attractions. We also have our own condo association pool which is available in the summer months. There is free parking in front of the townhomes. It is first come first serve and shared with other units. There is a shuttle that runs on-call in the summer and continuously in the winter months to transport you to the Seven Springs resort. It is run by Seven Springs and takes less than 10 minutes. We have a minimum rental age of 25\. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit. Unfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters. During the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. My daughter turned eighteen over the Presidents Day weekend and wanted to have a ski celebration. We were so fortunate to have found this property. Eleven teenagers and five adults were able to co-exist for three days and everyone had a great experience. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the hot tub was very popular after skiing all day. The shuttle worked very well. It was quick and easy and allowed the young adults to be independent. The facilities were everything that we needed for our stay, minus an archery range (can't expect everything). The hot tub was a nice addition for a number of our crew. Property owner answered my call right away when we couldn't get in to the unit upon check in, and also responded very promptly to a couple emails I sent him before check in. Two families, five nights, and perfect accommodations. We spend a lot of time at 7 Springs, and I can say hands down that you can't find a bigger condo at a better price with a more gracious host. Forget ski-in/out. The shuttle takes you wherever you need to go, it runs every 15 minutes, and it stops right outside the front door. The condo is huge and is laid out perfectly for a large group -- you can eat and hang out together, but can also retreat to a quiet room when you need to do so. Everything was exactly as described in the descriptions. Gordon (the owner) was quick to answer all of our questions in advance, gave an unintrusive call to make sure everything was to our liking after we arrived, provided a nice "welcome treat" for us to enjoy during our stay, and was professional every step of the way.
