This beautifully designed Swiss Mountain condo blends classic alpine charm with modern comfort, making it ideal for families and groups. Enjoy an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy furnishings, and a striking stone fireplace—perfect for relaxing after skiing, hiking, or enjoying everything the resort has to offer year-round. Near slopes! Placing a high value on autonomy and guest privacy, we do not typically contact our guests unless there is a specific reason to do so. However, the guests are welcome to contact the Property Manager with questions or concerns or just to say how much they love the place. She may be contacted by text, phone, email or vacation site messaging at any time. If she is not available when you call, please leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. For emergencies, there is also a back-up number. Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at no additional cost. The outdoor pool is seasonally open from Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day, with operating hours daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests will have the entire condo to themselves except for the Owner's Closet. The condo is part of a Homeowners’ Association, so some amenities are shared with other community residents, including the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts. Check in time is at 4PM Check out time is 10AM Early check in and Late check out requests are possible depending on our cleaner's approval and with a fee. Please make sure to reach out to us atleast a day prior to arrival and departure. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle operates on a continuous loop with stops at all designated bus stops throughout Swiss Mountain. They were not happy! \* The window in the kitchen was cracked and we could not open that window for any fresh air. \* One of the kitchen table chair legs was broken which flipped my wife to the floor. She has chronic back pain with many problems so this was a scare. \* There were only 2 chairs on the deck but 7 of us, so there were just few that could enjoy the deck. \* Also, There was a hornets nest attached to the deck underneath the grill, they didn't like us being out there. So, this prevented us from using the deck as well. \* The front door was difficult to unlock. \* When we first arrived we were not informed that we need to review the condo information in the binder, therefore it took us a while to get hot water. \* There was only 3 ice trays in the freezer so with a group like us, that was definitely not enough. thankfully we brought a small portable ice machine. Clean, nicely appointed, and a very well equipped kitchen. Lindsay, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive. She’s terrific!!!! It was well equipped and all appliances were easy to operate. We couldn’t open the window in the downstairs bedroom because the screen is torn and we missed that cool mountain night air. The property manager responded quickly when we had a question about how to operate the shower. Plenty of spaces for adults and kids. Would book again. ##### Ann C.
