This deluxe-rated unit sleeps four. In the main living area, you'll find a living room featuring a flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. There is a fully functional kitchen, and the dining table seats six. The unit includes one full bath located across from the master bedroom, which has a king bed, TV, and loveseat. A short complimentary shuttle ride takes you to the slopes and main resort. The unit is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The small viewing deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful wooded landscape, though gas grill use is prohibited. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community. All homes include whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included). Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool.
