With sauna, hot tub, exercise room Spacious condo that sleeps 8 people (children are counted in this total. The condo is located in the Stoneridge Building in the Villages of Seven Springs on the main grounds of the resort, The building is located at the top of the mountain on Boomerang Trail and the confluence where four of the main south face ski slopes come together, with two of the chair lifts stopping right behind the condo building so you can ski from the chair to the front of the condo building and the ski lockers and garages. The condo has four full bedrooms; living room overlooking the ski trails and slopes; large dining area (table seats 8); kitchen; 3 bathrooms (with tub and shower); laundry washer and dryer in the condo; 2 TVs and DVD players; free WIFI; private balcony; free parking at the building; access to private Tower Lounge in the building where there is an 8-person hot tub, gas fireplace and TV, 8-person sauna, 2 showers; exercise room with equipment and free weights. After ski season the area outside the lounge has grills and picnic tables. You may also use my garage to store ski and sporting equipment. The garage has seating and racks for skis and snowboards. In addition, you may use my two indoor, heated ski lockers {each locker easily fits 4 skis/snowboards and boots). The kitchen is equipped with the following: full stove/oven, full fridge, large microwave, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, ten cup coffee maker and single cup (pod type) coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with blender, crock pot, blender, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, serving bowls, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc. Bullwinkles condo is beautifully mountain theme furnished, top to bottom (including theme patterned linens!). There are custom painted murals by a Bavarian artist specially commissioned to create the perfect replica of a European Ski Lodge. slopes. This condo has it all - charm and warmth you can't resist. The condo building also has a beautiful outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball court, playground, grills and picnic tables at the condo building. A free resort shuttle bus stops at the Stoneridge Building. The resort at the main lodge area has pools, bowling, game room, indoor miniature golf, PGA rated outdoor golf course, a sporting clay firing range, archery range, a number of trop notch restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, bakery, candy shops, comedy club, dance clubs, intimate pubs, etc. This resort has everything a vacationer could wish for. Occupancy is strictly limited to an absolute maximum of 8 people. This includes adults and children. Total occupancy is strictly enforced, as well as behavior that does not disturb the peace, quiet, security and safety of building occupants is strictly enforced by on-site 24/7 security personnel. Minimum rental term is 2 nights. Maximum rental term is 7 nights. No long-term rentals. Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months trails are used for hiking and biking. 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30-minute ride from the resort. You could not pick a more enjoyable and versatile location than '7 Springs', rated the #1 all-round resort on the East Coast. This condo is an absolutely perfect place to spend leisure time any season of the year. Cleaning Fee - $150 Absolutely no pets/animals of any type are permitted in the condo on Stoneridge Building. My family, friends and I have rented Joyce's condo three times in the last two years. All in the months of July and August. I absolutely love this condo. The first thing that comes to mind is that is feels like home from all of the cute decorations to the mixer and crockpot in the kitchen. She always has plenty of paper products in the kitchen and bathrooms which is really nice. The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of bath towels to use. The appliances work great and have been upgraded since we have stayed there even though the ones in the condo worked well. Joyce is easy to communicate with and takes a great deal of pride in her home. Clean and well stocked my family is on the large size so it would of been nice having 3 queens. The owner was very accommodating which was great. This was our second year at Bullwinkle's and the experience only got better! Our original impressions of cleanliness, convenience, comfort, maintenance and engaged owner were confirmed and led to a dream time of skiing, relaxing and having family fun over Christmas. The condo is incredibly well stocked -- from dishes, pots and pans, utensils, towels, furnishings to necessities. We settled in as if it was our own property. Clean, clean, clean. Actually we feel like family when we stay there. Not much else to say, other than book it and enjoy! This is a clean, pleasantly decorated condo with a mountain cabin motif. It has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; perfect for a two family vacation. It even has a separate entrance to a section of the condo that includes 2 of the bedrooms and bathroom. It is quiet and located in a beautiful setting. The condo has 2 balconies in the rear. The owner communication is great. My only complaint is that while WIFI is provided it is extremely slow. Jul 23, 2018 #### Well Maintained Condo at Seven Springs I stayed at this condo with a group for a summer getaway to Seven Springs. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the kitchen was a little small for a large group (8 people). We have stayed in Woodridge before and the kitchen was much bigger, but that condo was also more expensive than this one. The condo has a great view of the ski slopes from the back deck. The owner was helpful and easy to get in touch with. I cannot say enough about how nice and comfortable this condo is. Me and my family absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. Everything you need is provided by the owner and the place is very well maintained. Me and my family have been coming to seven springs for years and we have stayed in different condos and in the lodge and I can definitely say this is the best place we have stayed in so far. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a place to stay at seven springs and I will definitely be booking this condo again for my future stays at seven springs. ##### steve a. We have four children in our family and dogs and finding a place to accommodate us that is comfy, clean, and close to the slopes is hard. There is so much to love about staying here: lots of room, plenty of beds,, well stocked kitchen, great view of the slopes, and nice touches that make it feel like a true escape. It’s also super close to the slopes and lifts which makes getting four kids out to ski a snap.
