Having only the 4" step at the front door made this house perfect for us. I'd recommend you hi-light this in your listing as finding this feature is extremely difficult on VRBO. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Champaign/Urbana attractions. It was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the Host was excellent! She responded almost immediately to any questions, was very friendly, and helpful. We absolutely loved the 3-season porch, both to wind down in the evening and for coffee in the morning (pics don't do that justice - there was a lot of table/seating out there) - that was the best part! Inside was no frills but super functional. Most rental homes now have Roku TVs and you need your own subscriptions, but we couldn't find the remote that had most of the functions - we ended up turning it on/off along the bottom of the TV itself, maybe we didn't look hard enough haha.
