Need better communication
Good hotel, nice room, friendly staff. Just one problem with the continental breakfast. At check-in the night before, we were told breakfast was until 10am. The next morning we go down to the lobby/dining area around 9:45-9:50 and everything was already closed. The desk clerk, a different person this time, told us that breakfast closed at 9am. We told him that we were told during check-in that breakfast went to 10am, and he apologized but stated that sometimes the times would change suddenly. That was very disappointing because little things like the breakfast was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel. I think better communication and consistency is needed to avoid situations like this. Your staff needs to be on the same page about hotel amenities. If one staff tells me breakfast goes to 10am, then that needs to be true. Thanks!
