This ground floor flat has a beautiful living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace of 9.75m2 facing west, fitted and not overlooked. Free communal shuttle buses are located in front of the residence, with a route from “Les Rochers” to “Le Bois” in Champagny-le-Haut ( frequency every 30 minutes in high season). NEW: Opening in December 2023 of an aquatic area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Aquatic aera opend during winter and summer season.
