Quiet contemporary chalet in the heart of a residential area in proximity to the gondola, shops, and leisure. South hillside. Cottage comfort. Mountain charm with exposed beams. Nice outdoor patio well landscaped and flowered. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. 250m from the Champagny-en-Vanoise gondola (link La Plagne/Domaine Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). 5km away, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe and pedestrian trails in Champagny-le-Haut, a listed natural site and preserved place in an exceptional setting (free shuttle on site in winter). Courchevel/3 Vallées at 14km (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Authentic village resort at the gates of the Vanoise National Park. Walks and hikes from the cottage.
