A human-sized, well-kept residence, close to the traditional Planay neighbourhood in Champagny en Vanoise. 650m from the start of the gondola lift, 100m from the mini-market and 500m from the rest of the shops and the heart of the village. Free communal shuttle buses are located in front of the residence, with a route from “Les Rochers” to “Le Bois” in Champagny-le-Haut ( frequency every 30 minutes in high season). NEW: Opening in December 2023 of an aquatic area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Aquatic aera opend during winter and summer season.
