This beautiful and cosy ground floor flat is composed of a beautiful living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace of 9.5m2 facing west, furnished and not overlooked.  
The flat is equipped as follows:  
\- Entrance with cupboards  
\- Large main room with :  
\* fully equipped kitchen: oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, full set of dishes  
\* dining area with large wooden table and leather chairs  
\* living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, television  
\- Bedroom 1 with a bathroom and washing machine/dryer, 1 double bed, television, cupboard and window to the terrace  
\- Bedroom 2 without window with a private shower room and toilet, 1 double bed, television and cupboard  
\- 1 separate toilet

New 4\* residence - opening 17 December \[hidden\] - composed of 14 south, south-east or south-west facing appartments with sunny balconies, pellet stoves (pellets not supplied), wifi and covered parking spaces. Bike racks and electric recharging points. Ski locker at the entrance to the residence with boot warmer.  
  
Extra-hotel services included: reception and opening of accommodation, supply of sheets and towels, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included excepet for the kitchen area.  
  
A human-sized, well-kept residence, close to the traditional Planay neighbourhood in Champagny en Vanoise. \[hidden\]m from the start of the gondola lift, \[hidden\]m from the mini-market and \[hidden\]m from the rest of the shops and the heart of the village. Free communal shuttle buses are located in front of the residence, with a route from “Les Rochers” to “Le Bois” in Champagny-le-Haut ( frequency every 30 minutes in high season).  
  
NEW: Opening in December \[hidden\] of an aquatic area with indoor swimming pool and sauna. Aquatic aera opend during winter and summer season. Closed during the other periods.
