A master double bedroom and inviting guest room with 2 separate single beds is complemented by a child-friendly 3rd bedroom with a set of bunk beds. A baby cot and highchair is also included, for young families. For added convenience, a service WC is provided to the main living room floor.

The 4th floor apartment is easily reached by lift and is situated in a 5-storey residence with free on-site parking and access to a shared garden.
