Certes la résidence est vieillotte et l'ascenseur d'un autre âge... Mais l'appartement est confortable, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, la literie est bonne, draps et serviettes de bain fournis, wifi compris, tout est d'une propreté impeccable. La salle de bain mériterait un coup de jeune mais elle reste fonctionnelle. A quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Argentière et de la gare pour rejoindre rapidement Chamonix (mieux vaut éviter la voiture).
