Now in August, the interior design and fit-out are in the final stages and we're excited to launch for UTMB 2025\. This new building (completed August 2025) sits on a spacious plot meaning it has a central position yet generous space including the all-important parking. Apartment 308 provides a luxurious interior and the balcony has a peaceful aspect with wonderful mountain views.
