Two rooms apartment of 30m² for 2 people located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift.   
Calm and green environment. Balcony facing North West, beautiful unobstructed view of the Aiguilles Rouge massif. Close to the Flégère gondola   
  
Living room with television, sofa and dining area.   
KITCHEN AREA : 4 hotplates, refrigerator, mini-oven and microwave, extractor hood (Raclette and fondue sets, SENSEO coffee maker)   
SLEEPING :   
\- Master bedroom: double bed (140cm)   
  
SANITARY : Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets   
Private covered parking in the basement   
RENTAL CONDITIONS : Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning not included and on request (to be ordered no later than two days before your arrival)
