Very nice apartment of 130m ² all renovated, with magnificent views with the beautiful mountains of Chamonix, the BREVENT on one side and the MONT-BLANC on the   
other side.  
WIFI. SKIS LOKERS.  
Located on the 2nd and last floor of a building in full center, you would be delighted to take advantage of its beautiful spaces.   
It offers 3 large bedrooms, including 2 doubles, with their double beds, as well as a relaxing lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed:   
SLEEPINNG AREA:  
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds that can be glued together thanks to a mattress topper, if needed.  
 Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed /160, lounge area a sofa bed 2 places /160  
 Bedroom 3: 1 large double bed /160, lounge area a sofa bed 2 places /160  
This beautiful apartment, can accommodate up to 10 people.   
You will also be able to enjoy the cozy lounge, with its stone walls, sofa, television.   
Next door you have the dining area with a large convivial table, to accommodate a good meal for 10 people.   
INDEPENDENT KITCHEN: hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, electric filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. Raclette and fondue machines.
