The owner was very nice. A bakery and a supermarket as well as the city center are in close walking distance. The train station and a city bus stop are nearby, but we found it easier to walk to Chamonix Sud to catch one of the ski buses towards the different ski resorts. The keys weren’t in the box when we arrived and the manager complained that she had to give up her nap to let us in.The day of checkout we spent two hours cleaning: vacuuming, stripping the beds, taking out the rubbish and so on (I took photos to prove this) only to receive a tirade of abusive messages, over several hours, from the property manager about the apparent state of filth we had left the flat in. When we went to collect our bags she screamed at my friend and demanded we give her cash, on top of the 80 we had already paid for cleaning. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Par contre appartement très sale à notre arrivée. Poubelle non vidée, vaisselle sur l'évier, micro onde dans un état pitoyable, couverts de cuisine gras, pour résumé, un gros manque de propreté dans l'ensemble du logement. . Il faut savoir dans le descriptif que les grands lits ne sont que des 140 et non des 160\. Nous avons été obligés de faire le 2ème lit pour recevoir des amis une nuit. Celui-ci n'ayant pas été préparé malgré que nous avions payé la prestation entière. Le train passe à côté de l'appartement, mais fenêtres fermées, cela n'est pas dérangeant.La literie est de bonne qualité. Bien entendu, nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce logement. ##### FREDERIC G.
