The property is located in a serene surrounding in front of the sea, 67min drive away from Athens Airport. The apartment enjoys a panoramic seaview, is brand new (constr. 2021) & is professionally designed & decorated. Contemporary modern design, brings together comfort and elegance. Relax - Gaze at the sea - Indulge in a swim. Meraki Beach House is located in a quiet, tranquil area by the sea. The adjacent village is accessible by car in 5 mins. In the village, you will find plenty of restaurant options (freshly cooked seafood, traditional Greek cuisine, vegetarian options, breakfast pastries, coffees and freshly squeezed juices). Most of these restaurants will deliver the food to the property or will provide a take-away option. The house offers: \-3 double bedrooms with double beds (2 queen, 1 double) \-2 bathrooms, out of which 1 is ensuite \-fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge) \-dining area for 6 people with seaview \-living room with a Smart TV & fireplace that is orientated towards the sea and lounging on the sofa offers stunning views of the sea and sunset. \-garden in front of the house offering a panoramic view of the Evian gulf \-Exterior space with deck chairs/loungers & dining area for 6 people \-air-conditioned spaces (4 A/C units in double bedrooms and lounge) \-laundry room The apartment is part of a 2 storey building with direct access and is within a 5000m2 estate. An hour from Athens is a perfect distance, both near enough and far enough. Agis and Maria were perfect hosts. While we were there the two other apartments were occupied for a few days but the disturbance was minimal. The wifi is also weaker in the evening (but is that a bad thing ?). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Wish we could have stayed a month. ##### Dimitri v. Two-You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to put the toilet paper in a small garbage can. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig angelegt und es gab reichlich Platz für alle. Wer Griechenland ohne Touristentrubel erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. The spacious living room/kitchen featuring a big sofa, TV, dining table for six with loads of space and a modern kitchen isle has all you need for a nice holiday. Nearly the complete rooms side facing the sea is covered by room high windows which can be opened and therefore can transform the kitchen into an awesome open space area seamlessly going over to the balcony area wich also features a nice big outside table. Access to a small semi private beach/bay is given via a little path down to sea level. There are more nice beach areas in close proximity.
