The stay was amazing specially Fernanda Pichardo! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was beautiful. Emilio and Daniel were our butlers and they were amazing! Fernando from el Gaucho made sure we had a perfect romantic dinner Saturday night ! Thank you to all!

Beautiful resort and excellent staff everyone is super friendly! Second time staying here and definitely not the last Romeo was one of the driver at the resort and if super friendly very fun and extremely helpful!! Can’t wait to go back to Trs Yucatan!

The property was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. They asked for a wish list before i arrived with promises of certain items for my mini fridge, waste of time filling that out. I never received anything on my list. Do not purchase the premium package, its a total waste of money! the promised spa credit is a scam in the form of coupons, the premium alcohol is not in plain sight and some of the staff is rude. Bring "tons" of bug repellent and ask for clean pillows daily. the rooms are musty and the ac cant keep up. The staff has trails behind all rooms so they're not so private. The food is mediocre. Definitely left me excited to leave.

TRS Yucatan provided a phenomenal stay! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, with everything from the luxurious accommodations to the pristine pools and beach exceeding expectations. The food and drinks were top-notch. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The bartenders were also skilled at crafting delicious cocktails. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa was a luxurious retreat, offering a variety of treatments and amenities. Overall, TRS Yucatan provided an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Just a couple things to pass on to other people! Dos XX is on draft-amber too! They have some canned beer. Butler service from Jose, Martha and Chris was outstanding! Dress shorts are acceptable for all restaurants but the Chic. Absolutely outstanding service!

TRS Yucatan is amazing. We've been to many resorts in the Riviera Maya area and this one is by far the best. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there was live entertainment every night. The food is the best resort food we have ever had and they have a wide variety of premium liquors (plus amazing bartenders that know how to mix a great drink!). But more than anything else, the service is outstanding. Truly the staff makes the greatest difference. From arrival and checking in (Miguel remembered us from our previous visit!) to the restaurant staff (especially our waiter Victor and the chef Luis Ramos in the italian restaurant), to the bartenders and drivers and the butlers in the buildings- they are all fantastic! We were especially impressed by Fernanda Pichardo, who checked in on our group numerous times and made sure we were always happy and enjoying our stay- the little extra things she did for us made us feel so special. We will definitely be returning to TRS again!

Amazing location and access to all four properties. Butler service is a great perk. Daytime dining options leave much to be desired, the nightly dinner options which your butler will reserve for you upon request, are well worth it. Premium liquor at all all the bars and very friendly staff.

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from but I’m so glad that I didn’t go by them when I was choosing somewhere to stay. My daughter and I stayed at this property for her 21st birthday and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! They treated my daughter and I like royalty. We felt safe and comfortable. The room was exactly how it’s pictured. It was a real nice vibe. The butlers were extra nice, especially Andrea and Maggie. Even the restaurant staff were nice, Cinthia at restaurant Tentazione was so down to earth that we had to go there twice. Fernanda from Expedia made it a point to come out and meet my daughter and I and wish my daughter a very Happy Birthday. Everyone that we encountered made sure to let us know that we were welcomed. The whole resort was very clean and well maintained, even the public restrooms were clean in the restaurants and even by the pools. There are plenty of things to do to keep you busy that you will never have to leave the resort. If you’re ever in this part of Mexico, TRS Yucatan is where you should stay. The only thing I didn’t like about the resort is that I actually had to leave and come back to the Texas.
