Das Anwesen liegt am Dorfrand und hat gute Anbindung an das Strassennetz, in allen Richtungen.Wer sich für die historischen Villen und Parks in Venezien interessiert, hat hier einen geeigneten Ausgangspunkt. Von der Wohnung gehen Wanderwege ab - ansonsten sind es nur wenige Autominuten zu den Startpunkten weiterer Touren, es gibt auch drei Fahrräder zum Ausleihen in der Unterkunft.
