Cerro la Ballena Vacation Packages

This hotel stay was perfect. I didn't feel like driving so I was extremely happy to find that it has a lot of different places to eat from, entertainment, and a monorail to take you around to other casinos, all around the same area. The room was clean, a little run down and the beds and pillows were not as comfortable but overall was a pleasant stay.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

Very chill had a good two day stay. Loved the shower and bathroom lights.

The cleaning staff made the experience for us. There are only remote workers at the front desk, so your only human interaction at the hotel (aside from other customers) is with the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. One woman in particular fron the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, striking up conversation whenever she saw us and creating a very welcoming environment. I forget her name, something that started with a C or S, Cynthia maybe? She always wore a face mask, and she really had an air of confidence and ownership about her. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion!!
