House consists of two apartments with separate entrances: House Donatela and House Saša. Together they are spacious, comfortable and lovely decorated home for holidays. House has fully-equipped 2 kitchens (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridges, electric cooking stoves, toaster, dishes and utensils for cooking and eating, kitchen dish towels, dishwasher), 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms - one with baby crib, 3 bathrooms. All three bathrooms are well-equipped with wash basin, bidet, shower, towels, washing machine. Beside both kitchens are two living rooms (first with one pull-out couch, second with two pull-out couches) both with LCD TV and DVD player. House contains air conditioning. Share your best moments from vacation with friends - on your service is unlimited WI-FI connection. In front of both houses there are wooden tables surrounded with greenness and flowers. In front of the house Donatela is outdoor wooden table for 4 people, and in front of the house Saša are covered two wooden tables, first one for 4 people, and second one for 12 people. At the foot of the house is garden with wooden table, gas grill under pergola-shadow and charcoal grill. There is an outdoor fridge in the garden. Beside is also swimming pool – favorite entertainment for whole family and refreshment in warm summer days. Swimming pool is private, size 6 x 4 meters. In front of the house are two safe parkings for your cars. The owner of the House Donatela&Saša takes care of every detail so that you can enjoy in your vacation. If you have any question we are on your service. House Donatela&Saša is situated in little town Draguć well-known as Istrian Hollywood. Why Hollywood? Due to the fact that many movies have been filmed here and numerous film stars have walked its streets Draguć has been for long babbled the name of – Istrian Hollywood. Why Draguć? Draguć because of its magical position, well-kept cultural and historical heritage (frescoes, church, cobbled streets), interesting details and its peaceful and safe surroundings. It is also known that in town Florence there are records of Napoleon's vacationing in Draguć. A dreamy village in central Istria with a turbulent past, Draguć is a true survivor of past times. Originally the settlement grew around a medieval castle, which is almost impossible to decipher by looks of the village these days as parts of the castle are now completely assimilated into the later architecture of the village. The village is built with a main road leading uphill to the village square. The village has several beautiful churches well worth a visit. The village entrance is marked by the church of the Lady of Rosary, dating back to 17th century, and St. Elisha church from 12th century. St. Elisha is a Romanesque church built with stone blocks, and sporting 13th century frescoes. Another church, the St. Rocco, sits on the north side overlooking the central Istrian hills. St. Rocco was built in the 16th century, and has over 100 beautiful paintings by Antonio di Padova. This is an ideal place to escape from everyday life, urban crowd. Great for families with small children, artists, lovers, nature lovers and for all people who are looking for a relaxation and rest. The area is very known as a truffle place, and a truffle hunt as well, which guest can join. Nearby are towns of Motovun, Buzet, Pazin, as well as the smallest city in the world Hum, Kotli waterfalls, caves, nature park Učka. All more touristic places on the coast are just 45 minutes drive away from Draguć (Poreč, Rovinj, Umag, Novigrad, Labin, Rabac). All our guests can order extra facilities such as homemade breakfast, lunch, dinner, visit to winemakers and olive oil makers, and many many other. TRUFFLE HUNTING - truffles are a group of underground fungi with a very specific taste, which are considered the ultimate in gastronomy. They grow in the very heart of Istria, in the damp and grey soil of the forests near Buzet, close to the Mirna river. Wir waren im August mit zwei Familien (7 Personen + Hund) im Ferienobjekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist in zwei Apartments aufgeteilt, welche mit allem was man benötigt (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, etc.) ausgestattet sind. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hat uns regelmäßig mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von selbstgebackenen Pfannkuchen, Weintrauben aus eigener Ernte, Schnapps, erfreut. Auch wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert hat (Toaster defekt) wurde sich seitens der Vermieter sofort gekümmert um das wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Ein Traum ist der zum Objekt gehörende Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, einer Outdoorküche und einem Pool. Bei einem herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft haben wir so manchen Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen. Kurzum, es war ein herrlicher Urlaub, gern wieder. ##### Daniel L. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub zum Entspannen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns mit einigen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. (Kuchen und Schnaps bei der Ankunft, selbstgemachter Pfannkuchen, Weintrauben aus ihrem Garten) Die Ferienwohnung, die in zwei Apartments aufgeteilt ist, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist alles noch in gutem Zustand und an Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen,..) Das schönste in dem Urlaub war der Garten mit dem Pool und der tollen Aussicht dazu. Weiterhin gibt es einen Grill und mehrerer verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, an denen man es sich bequem machen kann. Wir würden jederzeit für einen weiteren Urlaub wiederkommen. ##### Nico K. Med en helt fantastisk udsigt over bjergene, liggestole og svømmepøl, var huset helt suverænt. Vi blev modtaget med hjemmebagt kagetærte og en snaps af en slags - og stilen holdt bare hele vejen. Daglig rengøring af opholdsområdet ved poolen (var sket inden de første af os kom derned kl. 8) var bare en af de små ting, der bare skete. Et helt suverænt sted, som bestemt er et besøg værd. Selve byen har flere gamle bygninger og oser bare af historie - og ligger lige i hjertet af Istrien. Mange udflugsmål ligger ikke langt væk - men bil er nødvendig. Busserne lærte vi aldrig af finde ud af. Normalt holder vi ferie forskellige steder hvert år - men lige her overvejer vi at komme igen. Det kan bare ikke gøres meget bedre, og burde være ratet højere end de 3 stjerner, som stedet aktuelt har. Er I i tvivl - gør det !!! ##### Laurids P. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Volker H. Wir haben es genossen, nach dem Besuch der verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unsere traumhaft gelegene und wunderbar ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, angefangen beim Begrüßungsschnaps bis hin zum Geburtstagskuchen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit einem kuchen und schnapps empfangen. Leider ist der Garten mit Pool separat (ca 10 m) vom Haus, dennoch alles umzäunt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von draguc aus kann man alles ihhnerhalb von 50 min erreichen und ist dennoch weitweg vom Tourismus. ##### Cornelia W. Mirjana does everything to make your stay as nice as possible. The communication was very correct. The outdoor BBQ and a lot of beautiful places to sit outside are plus points. May 6, 2018 #### Nice apartment in an enchanted place Come here if you want to enjoy the quite and unique atmosphere of this hidden treasure of Istria. Walk into the valley to see how hard local people work in their olive gardens a wineyards with harmony of nature. I hope Draguc will remain as it is now.
