VIVI IL LAGO is a flat recently renovated with quality materials, located in the village of Rovenna. Features: large living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, private parking garage, terrace and private garden with lake view. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**VIVI IL LAGO is a flat completely renovated with quality materials, located in the village of Rovenna, above the town of Cernobbio.  
  
VIVI IL LAGO is arranged on one floor and consists of a spacious and bright living room with TV area and a balcony furnished with table and chairs with magnificent lake view. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The sleeping area has two large and comfortable double bedrooms, one of which has a French window with lake view. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a double sink, toilet and large shower.  
  
It is embellished with details reminiscent of its history, such as the marble floor and pieces of furniture that make it unique.  
  
The flat can accommodate up to 4 people, has Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning and a private parking space in the garage outside the property.**ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING**VIVI IL LAGO is located in Rovenna, a hamlet in the upper part of the town of Cernobbio, so we recommend the use of a car in order to get to the town center.  
  
The private covered parking space is outside the property, about 100 metres away. **CERNOBBIO & SURROUNDINGS**VIVI IL LAGO is located in Rovenna, a hamlet of Cernobbio located in the upper part of the town, climbing towards Monte Bisbino, in a splendid panoramic position on the first part of Lake Como. Rovenna is a village of medieval origin that hosts several characteristic local festivals throughout the year and is the starting point for several walks in the Larian Mountains. Cernobbio is its own municipality and is one of the most charming places on Lake Como, located on the western shore of the lake, a few kilometres from Como city. This picturesque town is known for its elegance, natural beauty and rich history. Cernobbio is a perfect destination for a peaceful stay.  
  
In Cernobbio you will find bars, restaurants and food shops and on Wednesday mornings there is a market in the piazza. The nearest super market is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 5.5 km away from the flat.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.  
  
A bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. We recommend the use of a car, as the flat has a private, covered parking space.  
  
Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.

In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 11.00 / Day

The apartment was exactly as described. The entire space was immaculate! The kitchen was very well appointed and the bathrooms were spotless. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot and/or in a dedicated garage space. Check in was easy and completely as described in emails. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!!!

#### Breathtaking view - spotless apartment

Although it’s quite a drive up on the steep hill ( watch out with bigger cars) and the entrance to the apartment is a bit challenging, once you are inside the view is so impressive that this is immediately forgotten. Also the apartment is spotless and I veru much appreciated that all basics were present - no need to go shopping immediately for toilet paper/oil-vinegar e.g - and the nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for is in the fridge!

#### Lovely Stay

It was wonderful! Amazing view, nice and quiet and a really nice little place. They left us some nice little welcome gifts and had absolutely everything we could need! We cooked a full meal easily. The drive up is a bit crazy, but as long as you're confident you'll be fine. Parking was a bit complicated, but they sent a video that walked through every step and was perfect. After the first time it's super easy.

#### Beautiful views at the top of the mountain

We loved our stay at Vivi Il Lago! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean plus has breathtaking views of Lake Como. It is difficult to get to, since it’s at the very top of the mountain. The hosts recommend you rent a car which I would recommend as well as long as you’re comfortable driving the around steep hills with sharp switchbacks. The bus stop is a quick walk from the house and takes you into the heart of Cernobbio, though it doesn’t run that frequently. We were in town for a wedding and had difficulty getting taxis, and when we did they were very expensive. We pre scheduled Ubers to get us to the wedding events on time and that worked out very well, they always arrived right on time. Overall I would stay again but plan our transportation a little better!

#### Great cernobbio stay! 

We had a lovely time staying at Vivi Lago. Vanessa was our host and she was outstanding. The views were amazing and a very quiet place to visit. Parking could be challenging on the street however the apt provided a space to park when necessary.

The house is simply incredible! It has plenty of room, comfortable beds, very nice remodeled bathroom, great kitchen with everything you might need in it. But the view..... I cannot imagine a more beautiful view of Lake Como then from the balcony of this house! Waking up to this view for 3 mornings in a row was a true miracle!!! Warning: as they tell you in the description, you can only get to the house by car. I have never driven on the road that is more complicated than this! It's a very narrow road with a lot of hairpin turns for 4 or 5 kilometers. Driving on that road is truly challenging! But as soon as you see The view, you forget about everything else! Gorgeous !!!!! Worth the drive!!!

#### Relaxing Lake Como Getaway

Gorgeous place with stunning views, abundant natural light, good Wifi and home equipment. Unlike many other spots at the lake it had A/C in each room and the living room, the whole place felt modern, taken care of and the furniture and decor made it feel like the perfect place to enjoy Lake Como. I especially enjoyed using the binoculars to observe the lake, towns and moon. You’ll definitely need a car to get here and go down into town, the curves can be a bit adventurous at first but after driving up and down a few times it becomes second nature and fun! Location is amazing, Cernobbio has so much to offer and you’re only a 10 minute drive away from Como. Veronica and the Rent team were attentive, kind and quick to respond. We felt like a part of this small town, the neighbors are locals and were all really friendly. The church nearby is gorgeous, there are hikes, pasta classes and so many other things we wouldn’t have discovered had we not stayed here. The trash system needs to be learned and understood since it’s got so many colors and categories but this is the case everywhere in Italy due to their trash collection system. We strongly recommend it and would love to come back.
