"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. "One of the best place that we stayed in our two weeks of Italy trip. Though we stayed in “more expensive” hotels in Rome / Venice, this place’s view is just incomparable. Waking up / coming back to the place was just joyful. Also the owner / staff were very professional / supportive. Even though the place is not really considered as “hotel” some of the services offered exceeded typical hotels’. One thing to note would be, there are specific check-in, check-out time, so make sure to communicate that with the property."
