The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. **Location** Morelli strain, district Località Fontane, 800 m above sea level.
