The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. **Location** Morelli strain, district Località Fontane, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Gold mining area with the possibility of guided tours in the gold mines that have become tourist attractions, the possibility of visiting old villages still preserved in their original state. Possibility of excursions to the numerous lakes such as Lago delle Fate (10 minutes away), Lago Antrona, Lago dei Cavalli in the Antrona Valley, Lago Maggiore or Lago Orta with its characteristic village, excursions to nearby Switzerland via the Moro Pass, which can be reached by cable car.
