This stunning split-level condo offers incredible ocean and bay views from the 19th and 20th floor balconies, giving you the perfect vantage point for both sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset over Assawoman Bay. The private primary bedroom features its own bayside balcony, where you can relax and watch the famous Ocean City sunsets in complete comfort. Upstairs, the beautifully updated living area provides a bright and inviting space to unwind before stepping outside onto the private oceanfront balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and sweeping coastal views. The well-appointed kitchen makes mealtime easy with chair seating for six and three additional counter stools, creating a great space to gather with family and friends. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps four and features dramatic floor-to-ceiling bay view windows, while a full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and room-darkening curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep after a fun day at the beach​​​​​​​ Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026\. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
