"Booked a junior suite and was upgraded to master suite. Very nice room. Noise cancellation windows were a big plus as the hotel is on the zocalo and super noisy at night. The pool is a very tranquil. You feel like you are in a quiet garden not the busy hustle of downtown Oaxaca. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Most speak English The hotel is old and like most places in Mexico has trouble with water and sewage, but overall would highly recommend the hotel. It’s in the perfect location. "
