Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Location is pretty close to everything and great walks along the beach and waterfront. Only one negative - my friend found a long black hair on her pillow (neither of us have that) and it was mildly disturbing ... hoping it was just the housekeeping staff's ...
Gorgeous condo, breathtaking view, very clean. I am planning to stay again.
The overall experience was great, the only disappointing thinh was how noisy the rooms were and the quality of the pillows but will definitely stay there again I'll just have bring my own pillow and ear plugs
The lobby was beautiful, rooms were clean. Lots of towels within the room was also great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The valet parking guy pumped up my flat tire Just excellent service
A gem right near St Lawrence Market, Union Station and all major Toronto sights. The rooms are sleek and techie and the beds are super comfortable.
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I love the location and the beauty of the hotel. Two of the six elevators were out of service which caused a little backup but otherwise it was amazing.
Everything was excellent. For a $200 plus rate per night, breakfast should have been included.
