"Loads of food options in walking distance. Hotel is very clean and well placed to restaurants, mall, grocery stores and easy to get taxis if needed. Everything you need for your stay is in walking distance. Staff is pleasant and courteous and also the facilities has a gym, putting green, basketball and pickle ball on site. I totally enjoyed my stay!"

"Our experience at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Ottawa was top notch from start to finish. Nicholas at the front desk was amazingly helpful when checking us in and definitely went above and beyond. The room was clean and stocked with all the amenities! The cleaning staff came in and thoroughly cleaned our room while we were out enjoying the city and were so warm and friendly! As was the gentleman who takes care of the elevators. This hotel will be our first pick when we visit Ottawa again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"
