"Matt a bellhop was so helpful. He dropped off at different locations with our elderly parents at no charge and picked us up at various locations. Concierge (lady) got us tickets to ferry and museum, Ali g with dinner reservations. The service was great. We will be back "

"The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe. "
