"Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again! "

"This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "The owner was very responsive and kind. The apartment was very clean and well updated. We are older adults and the access to the basement apartment was a bit of a challenge but the owner did graciously help with our luggage. The family does clearly disclose that they live above the unit and sounds of children may be heard. Between the sounds of the family above and the fact it’s a basement, not a “Loft”, with all the plumbing just above your head - it was not for us. "
