The room was great. Everything we needed was there. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were think and hard. Not comfortable. Also, it seems we were right beside the laundry where someone began the washing about 3am and the noise was very apparent in our room making it hard to sleep. A different room might have been better.

They refused to check in our employee and wanted us to send our credit card and id to them which we refused to do due to possiblility of identy fraud being to easy giving all that information. We advised we will be disputing the charges.

Luke warm hot water! Extra charge for pet, not the amount listed in "policy." Became instantly angry when asked about additional pet charge and additional room charge (and yes, I had a printed copy of reservation charges from Expedia.)

Easy access, clean bathroom, comfy beds & pillows, great coffee shop next door. Should change musty carpet to linoleum or other cleanable surface. Priced a bit high compared to other similar places we stayed.

Whoever thought about building a motel beside railroad tracks wasn't smart. Thank god I was only staying one night. The room smelled very strange. The bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were like bricks. They advertise sauna tubs, but you're not fitting in them if you're over 5'2". I'd say the best thing about the place was the lady who checked me in. She was super nice and helpful, in pointing me in the right direction for food.

I was on a multi day trip at a total of 5 different hotels and Airbnb's, this place was very clean and the bed was the softest most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, no joke!! Great location close to freeway and while there was some noise, thin walls, it wasn't awful, especially compared to some of the other places I stayed in the same price braket. THANK YOU for a great experience

Rooms are very dated. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. My bath towel and wash cloth had big holes in them. Parking was limited. We came back late from a family wedding and couldn't park anywhere even close to our room. Won't ever stay here again.

The owners booked my room, took my $100 for a deposit, and then told me I couldn't stay because I had been blacklisted which I never had been because I had stayed there three times prior with no problems whatsoever and been returned my security deposit. They tried to scam me out of almost $400 and left me with no place to sleep that night from out of town. Luckily I had record of everything and I did it through Expedia so they weren't able to scam me completely but I still had no place to sleep that night. The owner made a few rude comments because I was tired and a bit disheveled hence I was getting a hotel room so I can freshen up and get some sleep. He said some racist things to me and then I left and he tried to tell me that I was a liar and did not return my money. I didn't get my refund for approximately a week and a half after which also calls me great problems. It was uncalled for cruel and very rude. Not professional at all

my wife grew up in Chehalis, and new who owned it way back then. we have stayed a few times in that its easy to get to and the current owners and employees have always been super nice and helpful. very clean and kept for the age of the place!!!!

Very nice hotel
Really happy with our room at this Inn. The grounds were clean and very pretty flower baskets all over. Nicely landscaped. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Decor was nice. The bed was suoer comfy. Linens were soft too! I didnt use the large jetted tub but it was spotless. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Excellent coffee next door. Very conveniently located.

Check in was easy. We enjoyed a little balcony attached to our room. The room was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the strong smell of the cleaning product used in our room.
