I know the front desk felt horrible about it, but they still would call. I did not call and complaint about the guests above because it was a hotel and people have to walk in their rooms. It's a structural issue. The breakfast was not good. Bagels were hard as a rock, pancakes were thin and battery, fruit was old, bruised, mushy, and not fresh.
