Unfortunately when we arrived our booking could not be found even though we had our booking number and had paid for the room. Eventually we were given a room. WiFi was very challenging to configure at this location and cellular service was very poor or no bars. We cannot recommend this Hampton Inn of these issues. Staff was friendly and room was average for Hampton Inn chain.

the property was awesome, I find the room not very clean, sticky floors, and a previous guest timex watch with a black canvas style band was on the floor next to the bed, an indication that the carpet wasn't vacuumed, or they overlooked it. I turned the watch info the front desk and told her about the sticky floors, and she didn't seem receptive to my observations. The heater motor is very loud and annoying when you're trying to sleep. the start up motor will wake you up several time throughout the night. The breakfast was extrordinarily good.

Staff were friendly but had to wait at the main desk to check in and out as no staff person seemed to be just stationed there. Room wasn't quite as clean as we would have liked, but it was acceptable. The bed though..... sheets were clean but not only was the mattress very uncomfortable, it sounded like it was placed on top of a pile of scrap metal with all the squeaking and scraping noises it made when moving around on it.

It was average. There was a friendly staff and a good breakfast. Bed was squeaky, room smelled like feet, and there was some butt juice on the blanket. The staff promptly got us a new clean blanket upon discovery ❤️.
